Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
